In case the 12v battery discharges too much. It's an absolute lifesaver and kept me from getting stranded when the battery kept going bad. It's small so it fits easily in the under storage in the rear where the spare tire would normally go.

One thing that sucks about living in an apartment complex is there's no place to wash my car. I really wish I could hand wash it.

 

The amount of power from such a small package is amazing. I remember how big and bulky my old jumper packs were .

 

I have tried the Rain-x Cerami-x but have been unable to get rid of the wavy steaks it leave behind when headlights shine thru. Instructions state to use with a microfiber cloth and that help a bit, but I had to spend alot of time buffing to remove the streaks. Don't see them under normal conditions, only when heads lights are shining in.

 

There certainly are much better products on the market. This is on the cheap end .
I make sure the windows clean before applying. Mostly for the rainy season.

And because of my mobility problems, they have a cleaner “wand” kit that you can cover with a paper towel to do the windshield. Oh look, they now come with extra cleaner pads.
