International Harvester with a Leach garbage truck body. 12 forward speeds, and a high/low rear diff. Had to split-shift and double-clutch all 24. Parallel parking that was abject hilarity but had to be learned for the job.

I started with a 1993 Tercel Coupe that had a manual transmission.

a 1991-ish Olds Silhouette (if you can navigate that boat, you can drive anything!)

LOL. How'd we ever survive that era? I din't learn to drive in my '91 Aerostar (Ranger platform) but I did learn how to take jumps. Great suspension. God I'm glad its gone.

And I guess we're just messing around here while waiting for Hornets to get built?

Yeah, I LEARNED to drive on that beast, took two turns at the driving test to get my license then worked over the summer to save up and buy a '77 pinto looking Ford Mustang. Great car until the acceleration cable broke about 5 miles from home (and I still managed to get it home). Ended up getting rid of that for an '88 Escort (which I learned stick on). I got T-Boned in that and finally fell to my low-point for the rest of high school. My beige 1990 Nissan Sentra hatchback (station wagon). My college car was what first brought me into the Dodge family, a 1990 Shadow. I miss that car.
