I'd say if you order after this first wave of shipments gets delivered you'd have a better shot at actually negotiating because they'll be actual pricing data to go off of. I asked about pricing when I ordered back in October my salesman said he won't have any pricing information until these cars actually get delivered. I asked again in December the only thing he was willing to tell me was the residual rates will most likely be very low so leasing may not be worth it. I should note I live in metro Detroit which has correlated to better prices on cars from the big 3 in my experience.

I would say watch out for any dealers that try to add the "market adjustment" price on top of MSRP. Because of "demand" they say. But it's pure BS and pure profit and Dodge can shut that off if they get caught trying to take advantage of a new model like that.

I'm curious to see what will happen with the Demon 170.

From the interview I saw with Tim Kuniskis last night, if a customer pre-orders there will be no mark up. but, if a dealer orders for stock, they may still be able to mark it up.
