Assisted Cruise Control

I have 9,400 miles so far and only notice the lights for cruise come on in inclement weather and bright sun. I’ve only had ACC fail one time and it had started raining so hard that it would’ve been unsafe to use it anyways. As far as bouncing around in the snow…would it be prudent to disable lane keep assist when the lines are not clear anyway? This is my first car with this feature and I have not experienced snow yet where I live in Iowa, so I’m not saying that this isn’t a real issue by any means. Just a thought. I have noticed that a lot of folks that have significant issues with sensors and whatnot have Hornets with the Tech Pack (mine does not.) Do y’all that have issues also have the tech pack?

Is there a way to completely disable it? I am not using cruise at that point and I believe I have it shut off even when I am using cruise...
On mine when I double tap the button at the end of the turn signal stalk it disables lane sense. It’ll drive right off the road without a care. It may be more involved with the Tech Pack.
